On some occasions Wadyi Properties & Management Limited may decline to take your property depending on the condition of the flat and its rentability. We will consider any property, in any condition and will often offer advice on various ways to get the maximum out of every flat. If we don’t come to an agreement we can offer a favorable managed option for landlords.

We offer free personal advice as each landlord’s situation is independent and can have your contract started within 48 hours of our consultation. We offer a 1-3 year agreement with a standard break clause in place.

  • Wadyi Properties & Management Limited becomes your tenant.
  • The rent is agreed at the beginning and this is paid directly into your bank account, monthly in advance and sometimes quarterly, the first payment being made at the commencement of the agreement.
  • We will then seek to rent your property out to quality tenants. We will pay for all the costs usually borne by the landlord such as inventories, tenancy deposit scheme, EPCs, cleaning, reference checking etc.
  • During the term, Wadyi Properties & Management Limited will cover and pay for all day to day maintenance, such as a washing machine breaking down or a leaking tap.
  • We will pay your rent whether the property is vacant or occupied and whatever happens to the market or economy.
